The Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) ACT 2022 makes it mandatory for ART Clinics to employ professionals certified by a recognized University. The increasing demand for ART has resulted in mushrooming of infertility clinics in India. There are over 20,000 ART clinics in India and only 10% of them have certified and trained professionals. As the regulatory framework for ART is now in place, there is an urgent need for Fertility Clinics to comply by employing certified and trained professionals.
